A little house that made me money
I bought the smallest house in a great neighborhood. Yes, I know it is usually a bad idea to buy the smallest, but I was thinking outside the box. I found a way to add a small bedroom addition, and that took it from a small 2 bedroom, up to an average size 3 bedroom.
This property was on a lake, so even the smaller houses cost quite a bit. Before I bought it, I checked with the township to make sure I could put on an addition within the setbacks allowed for the parcel. It worked out well. This was my third and most profitable flip. I earned over $40,000 and it only took 2 months to do the repairs, and I got a nearly full price offer within 2 weeks. It was a good experience, and I got a good deal because nobody else thought of what I did! |

RE: A little house that made me money
Good thinking power I must say. If you can earn so much from the small property then you can earn lots of bucks by big investment. I would like to suggest by trading two or three small houses, you can reach for the big one and there you can earn more and more. You have a business capacity.

RE: A little house that made me money
I think with the best small house you will definitely make it back and so much more if it's something you want to pursue. It is the best way to earn money. The best real estate sector in which you are investing as the house properties. The best location also a plus point for the consideration in mind while owing a properties and it is the investment of making financial help.
