Interest rate drop

Has anyone else been watching interest rates? I hear that 30 year fixed mortgages can be had for under 5%. That is amazing. I'd love to be a loan officer right now and just crank out those refi's!

Hey man I get feed-up with phone calls daily. I receive nearly 30 calls per day regarding load re-mortgage. Many a times I just say blah blah blah on phone. Just think after a 10 hours of long work you receive a call regarding it..
Though it is good they are doing such calls for our benefit the rate are decreasing and seems really nice.
