Can you make money from foreclosures

I've stumbled across a simple little formula that claims to build massive wealth through real estate foreclosures. It claim's, if used properly, consistently and with a work ethic, to work well and quite quickly.
Can this be true? I'm sceptical but tempted as the testimonials seem for real.
I'm desperate to make it in foreclosures as I know of two guys who have, and who started off with nothing. I would therefore appreciate any experienced member appraising this site for me to see whether it would be worth going for. The link is:

I have the main thing in the mind is that you first Invest your money wisely when you are renovating or repairing properties that you have purchased. I just want to inform you that just avoid unnecessary decisions. If you intend to sell the property, you will get the best rewards on your money by updating kitchens and bathrooms. But i think it depends on the purchaser of it. These are the rooms that usually matter most to buyers and enable you to price your property higher than comparable properties that lack these improvements. Make the expanse low as possible with keeping in mind that you are the payer of it at present.
